This beautiful bird looked as though he/she was posing for me today, while out walking along the side of the river Derwent. I liked how the wing feathers were being displayed.

Nice shot, with the feathers all fluffed out. Very clear image, well done, Ann. The bird is very white!

God's magnificent creation is full of beauty waiting to be captured - when you think you've seen it all, something you've never seen comes up and amazes you. 3-5-7 forever

This reminds me so much of the statue in Neuswanstein. Mad Ludwig dearly loved his swans and spared no expense in displaying these beautiful birds. Very artfully done, Ann.

Yes, you caught it wonderfully. Great angle and you have the good eye to notice it. Thank you so much.

You have done very well with this capture. Such wonderful detail in the feathers and the bird's head. Even reflections in the water, a mirror image. Into the favs it goes Ann.

I have to agree with all above and also state that I've never seen the wings in quite this configuration before. Aren't they the bomb?

Nicely done.

A very nice capture of this Swan, I have been looking for them around here but can't find any. I will enjoy yours for now. Good work.
