Found this butterfly at Calke Abbey gardens, but looking through my book cannot seem to find the name of this one. So any help in finding the name would be most appreciated!

So nice living colors...still giving the feeling of summer, now here is very cold and raining...The name of the flutterby must be: Orangelus Annabolus...Or not?

What a fantastic and colourful photo. Don't know what she is either...but she is exotic looking. Great post.

I like the looks of that butterfly on the flower. Very pretty picture, and very brightly colored.

Great capture but what caught my eye were the flowers more than the butterfly.

Extraordinary Q. Anne. I particularly like the diagonal use of the three flowers. The butterfly is an additional plus. Very well done, my friend!

A lovely capture, Ann. The butterfly almost appears to be part of the flower. It's a sunny image on yet another rather dull day (even though The Met. Office promised Sun!)

I'm enjoying perusing your gallery, Ann, and hope to be back soon :)

This wonderful and beautiful image caught my eye, and is now on my DT! I would agree with the post above, that it appears as though the butterfly is part of the flower. I love the expanse of flora, vibrant colours and details! Thank you for sharing :)
