Found this butterfly at Calke Abbey gardens, but looking through my book cannot seem to find the name of this one. So any help in finding the name would be most appreciated!
Very good view of the butterfly with very nice flowers and colors too,i cannot help as i do not know what kind of butterfly it is either, the picture is very good.
So nice living colors...still giving the feeling of summer, now here is very cold and raining...The name of the flutterby must be: Orangelus Annabolus...Or not?
For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, His eternal power and Godhead;... Rom 1:20
A lovely capture, Ann. The butterfly almost appears to be part of the flower. It's a sunny image on yet another rather dull day (even though The Met. Office promised Sun!)

Why not live a little and look at My Gallery.
I'm enjoying perusing your gallery, Ann, and hope to be back soon :)
This wonderful and beautiful image caught my eye, and is now on my DT! I would agree with the post above, that it appears as though the butterfly is part of the flower. I love the expanse of flora, vibrant colours and details! Thank you for sharing :)
