Found these leaves still hanging on to the bitter end this Autumn. I used Picassa's manip package by firstly tinting the whole photo orange, then using focal B&W, then I used a tint to give the sky some warmth. I used similar technique for my Blackbird Silhouette. Hope you like.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

"The Last To Leave" strikes me as an abstract Halloween Witch, malevolently flying across the face of an orange full moon. Her broom holding her in place as she scans the lands for her evil deeds. Very interesting post, Q-Ann.
