This was taken while sitting on a tourist boat ready to take a tour around Whitby harbour. I like the lines of the steps, chains, end of the seat and white wooden boards. Backed by the rippling waters, in the bright sun seemed to have a quite satisfying look to it. I wonder if you can see the same in this as I did!

Although I think that the waves around Whitby harbour aren't that high, would have more trust in a good life jacket rather than these chains Ann, lol.
See that the boat is well maintained. Very bright and clear composition. Love it.

This reminds me of the ferry that goes to Put-In-Bay on Lake Erie in Ohio. Very nice capture, and a very interesting picture. Well done, Ann.

You are about to take a tour and did not invite your friends from Caedes to go along. Well! Q-Ann, you better keep a sharp eye on those chains. Accidents happen you know. They could come loose! lol. Love your picture and I hope you had a great time on your outing.

Unique composition, Ann. I too, very much like the different lines in this, as well as the lighting and shadows! The colours have a soothing effect, and the boat elements contrast nicely with the water. Very well done!
