I dont know which Clematis this is, but it has now started to open with more flowers in my parents garden. Thank you in advance for any comments.

My wife told me that it's the clematis species 'Miss Bateman', Ann.
Have to take her words for granted, lol.

It seems to be a title of some horror opera [=soap] shown for years on our TV when I was younger at least...
Anyway, bold and beautiful the flowers, colours and the presentation are. HOWGH
