This was one of my parents Clematis called Miss Bateman. I just love the centre of these and wanted to make something more of it. This was the result and hope you like. Thank you in advance of any comments.

Ann, this is a great close-up portrait of this member of the Miss Bateman family. Love the subtle colors as well.

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun

Fantastic! I love the middle too. It looks like an anenome under the water. The beautiful colours look so soft and delicate. The composition that focuses in really finished it off well! Nice one ;)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
