Certainly gives the old boy a personality.
I like how the technique emphasizes the almost human features of the auto body.
Perhaps a blurring of the background would give greater focus to the the real star of the show.

Not a huge fan of the filters, but never the less, good composition :) I do agree, blur the background a bit.
