Boy this bee has been really busy, he has a lot of pollen collected on his hind legs. EXCELLENT Job, Tom, love the way the shadows are playing across the blooms & that little punch of colour with the pink buds.
We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
So delicate, so crisp, so fair. Beautiful! That bee's body looks different.. kind of geometric. There aren't many apple trees here, but lots of cherry. It is good to see apple blossoms again - so beautifully captured! cheers, Quiet
Tom, this is a gorgeous photo of a bee and reminds me of a young lady that helps her father with beehives to collect honey. She told me once in a while she will get stung but it is sure a lot of fun and her father makes money too. The Honey is delicious on biscuits or toast or where ever you like to use honey from the bee. Wonderful shot Tom and wish a friend of mine on facebook would put his photos here as he really, like you, has some gorgeous photos of the Missouri Ozarks.
