I just noticed this is weird Wednesday and pulled this one from this summer.This dragonfly is eating a deer fly.Deer flies are like horse flies and drink your blood.They are a major pain around here in July and harass us in the yard so I can`t say that I feel all that bad.

WOW Tom, Fabulous clarity of this close up, you can even see the eye looking at you. Sure hope the dragonfly got a lot more of the horseflies.
