Those little spots of color really POP the way only a grey day will let them. Excellent comp, the early morning lack of wind makes the water look like glass. Well done!

Much of the beauty in life is found in people who care.
Everything you could ask for. Grey skies enhance this moody slick shoreline. Gulls, boats, clouds. Wonderfully composed.

Funny how cloudy days can sometimes turn out better photos than you expect. I like the sense of calm in this, and the seagulls lined up on the tyres. There's some brightness in the middle of the sky which helps counteract the dull light, and the stillness of the water is nice.
