Inspiring composition! Love the color tones. Such nice details through out, especially in the dunes. Interesting too, to see the structures yet it seems so untouched. Saved.
* Owing to the deterioration in my hands, I find that I cannot comment as much as I should..But please know...I do look at all your posts!..and will leave my 'moniker' >OB< when I do so!...Thank you all *

What fences? :) They sure have taken a beating! I envy those that have beach homes like these, so close to the waters! The homes look quite new. I also love the white sands! Beautiful composition, Tom!
Is that really sand? It's so white it looks more like snow (and I'm from the frozen north -- I know snow all too well:D). This really is a great shot. The lines of grasses, sand (snow?), and broken fence and posts seem haphazard but by taking time to study the foreground one can follow the lines of nature and man. The distant position of the buildings talk of man's intent to force itself upon the landscape but nature will do as she darn well pleases, despite our efforts. And lastly, looking from the bottom of this photo to the distance, you've captured an excellent and artistic example of 3-point perspective. We stand here looking at a spit of land that appears to taper off, a "land's end" as it were. As though these structures were the end of this little portion of civilization. Hopefully, others will take the time to glean all the goodies out of what you've given us. Thanks for sharing it. If I see it in the VB it's getting a 10 from me.
Hello Tomeast. Thanks for this beautiful image. I used it as my laptop background this week, and it got many compliments at a weekly meeting I have (my desktop gets projected up on a screen). Hope all is well with you there. cheers, Quiet
