My first render using Vue 5, just messing around with the basic features of the program. It took about 5.5 hours to render, quite a long time if you as me...I'm not used to these long render times ;) It's a fun program, I'll have to start thinking of a couple more scenes to create.

Wow, I like this.

It is very unique, and the way the composition is put together is unique in a way that makes people ask lots of questions. I feel I could start a cool Science Fiction story just off of this picture alone. I like it!

Tons of questions. Who or what crash landed? What did it land on? Are those red spots vegetation or volcanic activity? Really neat.

haha, thanks for the questions ;). The original title was going to be 'island in the sun', but as I was uploading it the current title just kinda popped into my head. As for the other questions...we will just have to wait and see...

Let me guess what ever "crash landed" hit it so hard it sunk the island?

Just a thought being that I use vue and some other scenery programs. A tip for you. If you drag the mountain down so that it starts to go into the base terrain, you wont see the out line of the mountain. Especial using water that is transparent. Just a thought. But in the end its your work, you may want it look that way I dont know.
