You found a great vantage point to take this shot from showing Tokyo as it really is. They do seem to use up every square foot of ground space for building on. My eye was also drawn to that lush green of the tree tops at the bottom of the photo. This is a really good capture.

Contrast this shot with your shot of Ankara! lol Who could even tell this was in Japan, except for some writing on a building? I think I would like to see Japan, but more of the countryside. As was pointed out, this is a great perspective.

Excellent capture Toto, but hope you'll understand I prefer to continue to live in my Zeeland Countryside as I would miss the singing birds.

I don't see anything 'ordinary' about this. The reds leap out at you, the trees in the foreground make for an excellent contrast, and the subtle reflections in the river are amazing considering the distance you are from it. Well done!
