5-07-03. This is a composite of two photos is took The first was of a flag with the sky background, which I kept. However, that photo showed the dark side of the flag, so I took another photo of the other side of the flag, erased the flagpole from the first picture, cut the flag and flagpole out of the second picture, and used that to cover up the flag in the first picture, so I had a picture of a nice sky and flag. All editing was done in Microsoft PhotoDraw.

i disagree. u can tell if u look at the line the flag is one (the cord... i forget what its called) and if u look at the edges. and the flag is a little too bright for the cloudiness and the sun being behind the flag. either way... good shot.

This is amazing. I like the sky and how the sun is centered behind the flag to give it a glowing quality. I guess the one thing I wished is that the flag was higher up in the picture, or else a little bit of the sky cut off to make a more dramatic emphasis on the flag.

awesome!!! very cool... gives ya the feeling of pride... the flag standin high up there... still standing... with kind of stormyish clouds above it... like even if amer is going thru times of "storms" it still stands high.......

I've thought about taking a picture like this. There's a huge flag in town but my zoom isn't powerful enough :-( great capture.
