This is Mossbrae Falls in Dunsmuir California. This waterfall is similar to Burney Falls in that the water filters underground til the ground ends in a cliff face. This is really a series of falls that follows a bend in the river and is really about 150' wide but broken in to several small sections, this is the largest of the sections.
