Our granddaughter Maria. Lots of fun playing with her, that's for sure. Have been absent from Caedes for a bit, lots going on, feels good to be back!

A lovely, uncomplicated, and cute scene, perfectly captured by you, Vicki.
The look in Maria's eyes reveals that she hasn't only lots of fun now, but also shows that shes plays her 'role' with conviction.
A precious shot for sure, very worthy to keep it in an photo-album. When she's become older, a 'treasure' for later.

"Maria, say it loud and there's music playing
Say it soft and it's almost like praying"

I think Bernstein's lyrics could be about this beautiful child.

Grandkids bring such joy into our lives, right, Vicki? It's easy to see that you and Maria are used to having fun together, and nothing (in my honest opinion) beats the feeling of those little arms around your neck.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
