Since the Photoshop manipulated version of this image didn't fare well in the c-index sense, I thought I'd post the near-raw apophysis image. It has undergone only minimal exposure and contrast editing in Photoshop. Comments welcome. Thanks for looking!

Hi Wendy
I ain't a big computer generated images fan (no disrespect intended) but I like this 1, and several others in your fine collection including the Caedes vb.
Don't be surprised 2 hear from me again

This is beautiful, they're like gigantic shiny bubbles... I love bubbles... I often chase them. And butterflies.

I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum. How can you be gloomy when the sun shines out your bum? *runs off into distance giggling*

Very nice. I like the bit of imperfection the raw image has. Good job.

I like both but I think I like 'Things are looking up....' best. I'm not sure why as I'd have expected the opposite so maybe it is just my current mood. (I usually prefer things less regimented/structured as in this one.) I think 'Things are looking up....' just has such beautiful textures - like pearly ornaments (not pearls but pearly in the light-reflective sense) and milky, gentle colourings... But both are really excellent so it is hard to choose.
