Interesting pic...although with me it is fighting my prejudices. I don't like a lot of black in a desktop (nor do I like a blast of white in the center of my desktop). It looks like you did this transition by hand...and it would be an interesting thing to try. The movement from a dark red to a bright red, and, 1.5 inches to the right (on my screen) from the bright red to the pink both seem a little abrupt. But I am willing to blame my monitor for this! I mainly like this one for its innovation and I hope you try it against a lighter background and with different colors.
