This is an excellent close-up. The detail and clarity are right on the mark. The background of blurred mixed foliage enhances the strawberry to the maximum. All day long I've been looking at photos of flowers, and I could just about puke. Thank you for submitting this extraordinary photo of a simple subject. The balance of the composition is exquisite. Wonderful use of light and dark and contrast. 9 out of 10.
