I think the horizon tilt was very minor in the original, and the over adjustment is even smaller, but if you're going for perfection, a degree or two would do the trick. The quality of the shot warrants the editing time.
Might have been, could have been ... an optical illusion of sorts with the previous incarnation, still worked well to my eyes.
Now ... seems to tilt right. Perhaps, over-corrected?.
Adding to the above thoughts ... the lean of the palm tree worked better in the 'original'.
Something just appears 'odd' to my eyes now, having used the land line/horizon as the reference for the correction. (Possible over-rotation aside.)
