Looks like a young egret to me. That yellow between the eyes looks just like that on an adult. Great capture!

That is a Snowy Egret, Vanda. It kinda reminds me of me, with those skinny legs. LOL. Very nice shot of the little guy/gal.

A nice closeup of the egret. Good details and textures in the photo. Could perhaps use a little contrast and noise removal if you feel so inclined.
