With the use of the pen tool, and then a bunch of effects, it's easy to do this in Fireworks. This is also my first image as big as 1600*1200 pixels.

Thanks everyone. The depth is made using my favorite effect in Fireworks, the motion trail effect. Actually, I think this effect is in all (or at least almost all) of my pictures.
