It is the light which sets this apart....the sky/clouds are especially good and the scene is a lovely pastoral/bucolic seting.good show! Recalls painters Pissaro and Millet.......into my favorites.....

The sheep do not look at all worried, do they? I would be with a cloud like that hanging over my head. Striking scene. I think I would have taken this to a photo editor and lightened it up just a little. But, it still is a nice pastorial scene and typically Oregon. Good work.
