A sunrise at the "wedge outlook" on the San Raphael Swell Utah... this was taken after being awakened by a humming bird trying to feed from the flower on my pillow! Became a hot, hot, hot day but what a treat...
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Great sunrise and it must have been nice to have been awakened by a hummer, but what were you doing sleeping with the windows open? and you must certainly have realistic looking flowers on your pillow cases, unless you mean you were sleeping with flowers....see how easily it is to confuse me? j/k j/k
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
What a marvelous way to greet the day. Were you camping in this lovely country? I am very glad the hummer awakened you and that you were inspired to capture this stunning sunrise you are sharing with us.
