It looks like she's slightly apprehensive about something. Like she's looking off into the distance, not sure of what is coming, and not sure if she wants to find out.
Nice picture. In Black and White, with what she's wearing and the background, you get a lot of contrasts in tone, which is great for b&w. Very nicely done. And the way she's off from the center, also very nice. Keep it up!
