This is another one after the ice storm we had. I was on my way home from class and the sunset was just amazing and made the ice on the trees so incredibly pretty and was lucky enough to have my camera on me so I went to our arboretum and took a bunch of pictures right before it set. I cropped out the foreground in this one...it wasn't bad just not as pretty as the rest of the scene in my opinion. I also have a lighter version but I couldn't decide which I liked better so I went ahead and uploaded this one.

Excellent shot really displays the brutal harshness of winter against what I imagine was not a very warm sun. The colours in contrast really make this capture one for my favourites list. Thank you for sharing....
