Part of Tropical Farms is a tour which is given of the area including the Menehune Pond. The tour is run by a group of Samoans headed by "Chief" (his Samoan name is a b*tch to pronounce, so everyone calls him Chief). Chief is in fact a chief on Samoa, and regularly travels home to check on his people... Here he is giving us the tour with the beautiful Ko'olau range as a backdrop. He is dressed in a traditional style. This is what Hawaii would have looked like 100 years ago. Number 4 in my series, and I am dedicating it to my new Caedes friend Anita, who shares the love of Hawaii with me.
