Come, my friends,
'tis not too late to seek a new world. Push off, and sitting well in order smite the sounding furrows; for my purpose holds to sail beyond the sunset, and the baths of all western stars, Until I die.
Tennyson, "Ulysses"
I was asked to give a comment on this pic. Here's an amateur's point of view.
The subject is simple but interesting. The framing is good although it'd be even better if the camera angle/height was such that the viewer could see more of the houses. The sky is a bit exaggerated (takes up most of the frame) but is pleasant. The main criticism I have on this pic is the issue of the colours: they're really dull. You'd need to make it more...much more colourful either by the camera settings or by post processing, say, in Photoshop are the like.
Overall, I consider it a good pic. I'd give it a green light, and two amber ones!
