And at the other end is Port Huron, Michigan, USA. With a strong current, the Saint Clair River is the outlet for Lake Huron.

This will make a nice contrast. I have several shots of this bridge from the USA side which I will post in the next few days. It looks somewhat odd to me since I have seen this so many times from the other side. That's the Edison Inn you are looking at. Named after Thomas Edison. (Who else?)
