This is a unique picture to see two egrets together fishing.
This photo I would say was same location as the heron yes.
Great layout and focus is spot on plus the ripples in this photo work well and the birds heads are sharp.
Well done very nice.
In the uk we have little egrets.

Fun composition here...the fence posts in the background (as well as the columns) echo the birds' neck and legs, which is countered by the horizontal ripples. I agree with the comment on the birds themselve above me... looks like we have Scruffy and Duffy here!

They look so ponderous...as tho they were definitely after something in the water, could be dinner eh?! I like how you've captured the ripples and the reflections of that golden water.
Nicely done for sure. Verena

These birds are fun to watch. Their is always one hanging around at the pond at my golf course. He always looks like he is fishing.

It is nice to see a bit more of the fencing that has been creating those beautiful, golden reflections Elizabeth. These birds are so stately looking and you have captured them perfectly. Good post.

The clarity on the birds and the water is excellent... I like the colors on the ripples, which complement the two egrets. Beautiful birds!

I like the shimmer in the water against the white of the birds and that golden hue from a morning sun , I assume. The only thing that I would suggest is to crop out that small edge of the shore.I bet it would make a difference. Anyway , this is a beauty..
