Wonderful creative work! I keep looking at this - yes, I put it on the desktop :) Super effects used - this looks like embroidery with that kind of texture. Marvelous tree and cute owl..and that wabbit appears to be blinded by the light! That pair of bright eyes (behind the tree) looks like it might belong to a larger owl? Wonderful image. I don't really see the headlights effect quite, but that's like my eyes/monitor. It does look like an embroidery - a comtemporary one which makes use of a variety of types and thicknesses of thread as well as of colour and stitch.
