The photo was taken at Stockholm, Sweden. The palace visible at the right side is the city hall, where the nobel prize is awarded. I wish I had a better camera :-(
What a great shot! The purplish shades are so unusual and make a great colour palette. The balance of light and shade and the ripples on the water all combine to make this a very striking image. I can't imagine what you might attain if you had a better camera as well!
I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
This is a gorgeous shot with superb colors! Love the contrast between the light sky and the dark silhouette of the palace.
Don't we all every now and then wish we had a better cam!
But I too don't see how this shot could have improved if you did!
Looks good to me. There's a little bit of pixellation in the foreground water, but the sky looks super and I love the inclusion of that church. It's interesting to me that the Nobel Prizes would be given out here.
