"Do you see any Teletubbies in here? Do you see a slender plastic tag clipped to my shirt with my name printed on it? Do you see a little Asian child with a blank expression on his face sitting outside on a mechanical helicopter that shakes when you put quarters in it? No? Well, that's what you see at a toy store. And you must think you're in a toy store, because you're here shopping for an infant named Jeb."
I like the movement you have captured in this shot and all the elements of the photograph work very well together however i think the composition could be improved. This isnt a hard and fast rule but ordinarily you should never have the subject centred right in the middle of the photograph, for example with your flag pole and life ring. I would personally recommend that you place it to the right because then you have your blowing grass in the foreground and those yellow and orange blocks leading you eye back into the photograph to the flag pole in the far right of the image. It allows your eye to move around the photograph more.
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2
