Oh April you should call this "Beauty"!! Now, I'll tell you the bad first. I don't care for the yellow lines, as they're much too stark against the black and around the jewel for my taste. On the good side, that center jewel is GORGEOUS!! If you could tone the yellow down into a gold, or even make them silver, it would set that off to perfection. Again, just my opinion. But overall, this is a beautiful piece, and you did a great job.

I agree with Toni. Silver or gold would be perfect. The design I like and the bg works. The center gem is very pretty and of course matches with the other pieces but would have to be changed if the other was changed but then again if you do that then you'll have to start all over again and then you'd have an entirely different piece and then we would have entirely new things to say about it!!!!! That exhausted me:(

Perhaps the yellow lines would work if you applied a bevel to them so look somewhat like wires. Great post and excellent work. That gem is awesome.

I like this one, but yet not your best. I have to agree with a couple of other posts on the yellow lines they are a tad overwhelming and take away from the main subject. But then again like someone else posted in this "we all see things differently" :)
