Wonderful shot Adrienne, we have lots of the Canadian Geese here in Northern Ontario Canada. I call them honkers, they are amazing to watch fly.
Here's a little information for you.
When in flight, geese are called a skein; when not in flight, a gaggle; and when flying in a V formation, they are referred to as a wedge.
