Thinking of putting this into the contest. This was taken while my husband was driving car going over a bridge in Cambridge going over the Chesapeake Bay. Let me know what you think and thanks ahead of time.
Beautifully made image, Adrienne. The rich, but subtle colors, and the softness of the light give it great mood and allure, while the detail in the water and the sharpness of the land and boats show a skillful photographer at work. I'm amazed it was taken from a moving vehicle. (And somehow, when I'm trying that trick, all I ever get is blurred bridge supports.)
Adrienne, I think this beautiful. My only suggestion would be to use noise removal on the sky only using the selection tool. I'm not sure but I think I see a spot about center on the water. In my honest opinion I think those two corrections would really make this a winner. ♥:)sandi♥
Judging from what I have been reading this should be a good contest entry. Tigz has some good suggestions Adrienne. A wonderful scene this is for sure.
Wow, that brings back wonderful memories for me. Thank you very much for posting it. Surprisingly clear for a moving shot. I would definitely recommend submitting this. The lighting is so mellow it's crazy!
Adrienne
Now you must have known I was going to fave this one right?? Beautiful in every way! Looks like something you would see out here! Love it!

Hoi, Adrienne !
I think you did a wonderful job, this is really the meaning of the 'Blue hour' contest!
I did not noticed the spot 'Tigger' is talking about, but now I
know it's there, I see it every time when I look at your
wonderful image, and I agree, this could be a winner !
Kind regards & Good luck !
John
The spot folks are pointing out is dirt on the sensor of your DSLR. Even those with auto sensor cleaners (like mine) still need to have the sensors cleaned on occassion.
Other than that and the text on the photo, it is simply a stunning photograph.
