Hi Adie, nice framing. Here's what I would suggest: Retake the same shot, but with a few changes. Get an ND (Neutral Density) filter for your lens. Mount the camera to a sturdy tripod. Tweak your settings so that you're getting open shutter times of at least 1-2 seconds, preferably more. Oh, and use the Self Timer too, that lets any movement from your touch dampen out. Experiment with the longest shutter times you can, without blowing out the shot, and the river will look like flowing milk. That's my 2 cents anyway.
