Really nice architecture, and the angle that you've taken the shot adds to it's looming & dominant appearance. However I find the gradient fade creates a wash out that's a bit overwhelming. I'd be curious to see this photo in its raw form. Thanks for posting! :)

It reminds me of the first shot on a roll of film that was half exposed. I have a shoebox full of these if they ever catch on.

It's not clear to me whether you did a lot of post-processing on this picture or still have to do a lot of post-processing. In the first case, your effort was, in my opinion, not that succesful. In the second case, I would like to wish you success.

The picture is off balance. A central dome with a washed out vignette would have been better. Nice idea to try and cover the building works but I agree with Cornelius, not quite there. The looming dome effect stark against the light background does work, just not in the right place in my opinion.
