This is the same lighthouse which inspired the famous children's book "The Little Red Lighthouse." It sits under the NY side of the Hudson River under the George Washington Bridge in New York City.

Filed this one in my architectural fave folder. I love the color you got here and the way the sun is reflecting off it. The placement and the composition and angle are all working so well here. Great shot!

Thanks for all your comments folks! They are really appreciated. I am not a professional, and this shot was taken on on a Nikon coolpix (2.1 mgpxl). I do have another shot (much closer) that I'll upload Cynlee! :-)
