The contrast of elements - dainty pink flowers and sweet heart shaped leaves (I love morning glories even though they're weeds) against the stark dead(?) cornstalks makes a real impact. I like the coloration from the lovely cloud powdered blue sky to the pink and green life and the brown tones of the thirsty field of corn. It's not a great shot but has great elements within. I'm not sure what you could have done to make it a better to tell you the truth. Maybe shoot more right so that the color is in the left quadrant and the pathway through the stalks is more prominent for more impact? I don't know. I'd also like to see it shot when the sun is not quite so high for richer tones. Can you go reshoot from some different angles and play with it a bit? It's an interesting piece. anne :-)
