I'll enter gladly. I feel quite comfortable in a red and green setting! My favorite color combo! Very pretty fractal even though I know you wanted it to be dark and dreary, but it is too colorful but maybe as you said, once you enter through the gate, but......

Satan is at the gate. I believe I'll let you be the first to enter Frank. LOL. I really like your imagination with this. Never seen anything like it before. Splendid work!

Be not forgetful to entertain strangers; for thereby some have entertained angels unawares

I agree with Eileen (hope I spelled it right) above. This is very good. Wish that I could do something like this.

Looks rather like a cathedral. A cathedral built from very red clay or clay bricks. This would look especially inviting on a hot summer's day as it looks marvellously cool and dark inside. An old cathedral then without electric lights (or a cathedral which does not overdo the lighting).

It _could_ be evil - it could house the Inquisition - but that might be yet to come or long gone.

These are Christmas colours, are they not? (Even if that is taken from festivals long before Christianity, but still definitely festivals of light, cheer and hope.)
