It is definitely cheerful, and thank you for it. I never was a fan of yellow until I started to notice all the beauty it holds in flowers and things..This makes a very nice lively picture.

Very sharp, great lighting. Although the backgroundis nicely blurred, the blue is a nice contrast but almost distracting (even though I like it - I know what the judge at the photography club would say!) Beautiful shot. anne :-)

I love the play of light and shadow on the petals and I feel that it helps to point up the sensational clarity. The composition is naturally chaotic and fun, and if anyone had any problems with either the building or the delightfully contrasting touch of the light blue sky, then it would take a matter of moments to clone those out. A good eye for color and contrast need not necessarily be sacrificed upon the altar of professional critique, IMHO :)PJ
