I decided I wanted this picture to have sketched look to it. It is a road in the country near my home.

This makes a beautiful pen and ink, one of my favorite art forms.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

I think the treatment you've used here really brings out the fine details in the trees. It's lovely:)

I like this a lot! The scene is beautiful and with the coloring and texture it looks like it's from a very long time ago. The detail is terrific.

Nice work. I like the entire post including the frame. The end result appears to be a charcoal sketch with an enormous amout of detail. Really impressive to view. Did I say "nice" work ... ? I meant "GREAT" work. Happy New Year Frank.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

A charming capture here. The effects used have turned this into a lovely pen & ink illustration. The mood makes me think of an old time picture - there's a gentle serene feeling here. The pale yellow is perfect with the dark parts of this image. Marvelous details along with good clarity. A very impressive work Frank :))

I need to catch up on things so can't comment too much. But I love all of your fine images. I might be lurking in the background :)
