And a very good morning it was. I got up early about 4:00 a.m. and headed out to see the sunrise. When I got there it was me and the fishing boaters. They are about the only ones who get up before light it seems. They looked at me for about 2 seconds and went merrily on their way. I got some great night pictures before the dawn. Here is one just before the dawn. You can see a bit of sky now. Later I took some nice morning captures and talked to old retired folks. It was a fun morning.

The exposure setting was perfect for this one Frank, excellent reflections. It might be an optical illusion, but the horizon line looks tilted to me, or maybe I'm tilted. :) Tigs♥ =^..^=

I like to do the same, because our sun rises in the East and it's a good drive to get to our shorelines for stuff like this!

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
