The title was nothing fancy just explanatory. I've been trying to capture a picture of a Cardinal and this is my first one for the year. Maybe I'll catch some more.

Smooth seas do not make skilful sailors.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
I've seen many a bird on a wire but never a cardinal before...rather unique and very eye-catching with such great clarity and vivid red against the blue...wonderful shot, Frank.
