Frank, although appearances may be deceiving, I have had a bad experience with such looking people. My experience is that as a rule they are not susceptible to views other than their own. A constructive conversation is usually impossible. Usually their disappointing life experience has shaped them that way. I hope I'm wrong, and that this man is only in a temporary bad mood and that a little sunshine will brighten up his face after all.
