Good choice of scene - there's a lot here that would make an interesting desktop.
I think it might be better if the photo was either a closer-up look at fewer elements or taken from more of a distance. It feels as though the scene consists of what-will-fit-lens rather than having a sense of wholeness/completion. Right now the tree takes up a lot of the image but isn't the focus of the photograph and so is rather blurry. I think I would personally prefer the tree to be in focus and the focus if it is going to dominate the image - otherwise, something which makes the tree more peripheral and the hotel more dominate might be good.
Not being a photographer, I'm not sure how easy these things might be, so interpret these comments as the opinion of one desktop collector and take them for what they are worth. Keep working!
I think Margali said it all and covered it quite well. Either the tree is the main subject or the hotel. It can't be both. You just tried to get too much in this picture. San Antonio has many wonderful things to photograph. Keep at it.
