This photo was taken at the Wellington Botanical gardens. The flowers were amazingly bright making for a nice photo with great contrast.

Fantastic color! Water lilies are certainly photogenic. I guess my only mild criticism (being a nit-picker) is that I would probably have cloned out the blemishes in the leaves. A great shot as-is, though.

Beautiful photo, great DOF and fantastic colors. I'm always interested in the type of camera / lens that was used when a phenomenal photo is submitted. Let me know if you get the chance please.

I decided to see how this photo would turn out on canvas so took it into a shop to get it done the other day. I took you comments onboard sailorman6309 and i edited out the white bits on the lilly pads. The pic looks so much better without them.
