Nice cultural piece taking advantage of the cloudy-bright day to softly present the pastel colors of the scene. The blurring of hands seem to tell us that there is a bit of animated gossip about whatever has captivated the ladies' attention. I agree that the photo could be enhanced by cropping out the extraneous pair of legs. The photographer has done a pretty good job of capturing a slice of everyday life in a quiet, understated way. Very effective.
