Such a good close up, the eye is a bit dark, but I sure would like to get such a close up of one as this, we don't see egrets around here. =^..^=Tigs

They are difficult to get close to around here Count B so long shots are about all I can get. The detail looks good at full zoom.

Cameras are like people--sometimes they lose focus.
He must be asleep not hearing your approach. Maybe an old guy? What zoom are you at for this one? Great detail for a distant shot.
